What ever happened to wives and children being off-limits for political attack? That seems to be a rule for families of Democrats only, even if they’re ‘on the trail’ shilling for dear old mom or making anti-American remarks on behalf of the ‘hubby’.
Well, Bristol Palin was not ‘on the stump’ but was sitting at home, quietly shining her new engagement ring, when the Left-wheeled media train ran her over. Should you not know what I’m talking about, you must be riding in the caboose and won’t see the travesty dignified here.
If their smear attempt weren’t such a despicable act this Liberal invasion of privacy would be funny, considering their hallowed candidate’s own parents were never married at all! Mr. Obama Himself moves in sinister social circles that would disqualify him from membership in most upstanding organizations, as well as from the licensing of anything more threatening than a sharp pencil.
The fact that The Messiah decreed Miss Palin shall be off limits in the future is like the courtroom admonishment that, “The Jury will ignore the remark and it is to be stricken from the record.” They heard it. What is worse, the media slime continue to ‘report on the reporting’ and create sidebar stories in order to keep the pot stirred for as long as possible. [News coverage] has finally descended to a shameless level at least one full step below the tabloids at the grocery checkout.
You know, everyone has some kind of Human drama in their lives and, as the old adage goes, “People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones”. Neither should those who speak from tawdry temples hastily constructed on the fifty yard line in football stadiums.
