Instead of a bigger airplane just buy her a pink Cadillac with red velour seats, because the ‘The House Madam’ is on the road again. This time, her irresponsible trip to the Middle East has Nancy Pelosi creating disaster from the cradle of terrorism. She’s carrying the wrong message at the wrong time to America’s enemies, an unwitting pawn in their dangerous game of international chess. In typical Democrat fashion, she has mistaken it for a friendly game of checkers. They don’t have much use for P.C. in Syria or the rest of that region and she is, after all, not even a goat or a camel. No, Madam Pelosi is merely an infidel woman from the ‘great Satan’, which they have sworn on a stack of Korans to obliterate at their earliest opportunity. Does she really expect these Islamo-Nazi thugs to take her seriously? On a scale of 1 to 10, her sphincter factor has now risen to 12! Her damage to our country’s foreign policy, further endangerment of Americans and result of emboldening appeasement messages can easily be observed as she receives enthusiastic endorsement from the terrorists. The Madam, and her fellow Democrat dupes, are a disgrace to this nation and have become the strongest weapon in the terrorists’ arsenal.
It’s not the first time these Stalinist Liberals have tried to short-circuit United States foreign policy by aligning themselves with our enemies. Look at Ted Kennedy consulting with the former Soviet Union during The Cold War, advising them how to defeat President Reagan’s winning strategies, or Jimmy Carter’s close ties with Yasser Arafat [not to mention the Democrats’ embracing of Castro, Ho Chi Min and now Chavez]. The bone in their heads that prioritizes America ahead of madmen, tyrants and dictators seems to be missing. This time, the defiant diva even took along a couple of RINOs so she could look respectable during the photo-ops, which will be used as future propaganda against our country, along with her misguided, ill-conceived words and deeds.
First of all, let me remind you that her trip was contrary to national policy, all but forbidden by The President and discouraged by many of her colleagues in congress. She had no authority, whatsoever, to speak for this or any other government. Foreign policy is set by the Executive branch of our government, not the Legislative, and current policy is not to negotiate with terrorists or
terrorist supporting nations. If you disagree, you wait your turn in office and change it; you don’t arbitrarily subvert it. Madam Pelosi has conveyed dangerous misinformation, not only about America’s intentions, but has even managed to undermine the foreign policy of Israel! By publicly wearing a certain piece of ‘offending’ Muslim headgear [known as a hijab] she even managed to set the Syrian women’s movement back about twenty years. With this, and her other failures since taking over Speaker’s duties in ‘The House’, there’s no telling to what extent The Madam has stifled women’s executive opportunities in this country.
Upon her return, Madam Pelosi should be made to suffer serious consequences for her treason. Yes I said TREASON! We are at war, and if you haven’t figured it out yet, not just the battle in Iraq. We are at war with terrorists and terrorist states; that includes genocidal nutjobs like Bashar al-Assad, with the blood of thousands on his hands. You don’t just sachet up to a guy like this at the bar and say, “Hey big boy, can I buy you a drink?” Terrorists have repeatedly attacked us overseas at embassies, military barracks and in episodes like the U.S.S. Cole. We have been disastrously attacked on our home soil at least twice, including 9/11. These barbarians continue to kill American soldiers on a daily basis, with Syria providing the means, and have murdered our citizens in cold blood both here and abroad. Pelosi has consorted with that enemy, offered them aid and comfort, provided them with propaganda to be used against our country and through her deplorable actions has, perhaps irreparably, weakened the United States’ position with enemies and allies alike.
Nothing will happen to her, of course, because she and other radical, far Left Democrats have made it fashionable to bash America, demoralize our troops, undermine the government, divide this nation, and mock our President along with other responsible officials. Thirty-five or forty years ago, she most likely would have been relieved of her responsibilities and even tried for treason or imprisoned. A hundred years before that, she would have been shot for such anti-American activity during wartime.
I don’t believe Pelosi, and the rest of her Lib supporters, fully understand the anger of the average citizen over this national disgrace. She has managed to top even the picture of John Kerry ‘making nice’ with Ho Chi Min and the photo of Hanoi Jane Fonda posing with the North Vietnamese at their anti-aircraft battery. If there’s a bright spot in any of this, it’s that America has needed a wakeup call to see just who the Democrats really are and where their allegiances lie. For them to be totally invested in defeat is one thing but acting upon it by supporting our sworn enemies, on the world stage, is quite another.
Upon her return, ‘House Madam’ Pelosi should be contrite, ashamed and apologetic but I don’t think she’s that smart or has enough conscience. Come to think of it, we don’t need to buy her a pink Cadillac with red velour seats. Her tacky upholstery is already showing.

Poli-Tech
The only thing more shocking and reprehensible than the cold-blooded murder of 33 Virginia Tech students last week was the immediate politicizing of this horrific event by Democrat sharpshooters and their allies in the liberal media. Many have chosen to use this tragic act as yet another excuse to dredge up all the old gun control arguments instead of looking at the real causes of a deranged shooter being able to snuff out these innocent lives.
First of all he was, in fact, deranged. I refuse to even use his name and provide the fame, glorification or add in any way to the publicity he sought. Guns are not inherently evil, anymore than box cutters are and I don’t recall anyone trying to legislate away the right to own a box cutter, even after the hijacking of aircraft with that item on 9/11. It’s not the implement but the user of that implement that presents the evil. With enough motivation any object can be turned into a lethal weapon. In fact, crimes are stopped with guns about five times as frequently as crimes are commited with guns. I know of no such statistic for box cutters, knives or hatchets. Most of us can obtain or use these items freely and their possession isn’t even guaranteed by our Constitution.
It was a failure of people, including the killer, not an availability of guns that allowed this to happen. Let me say for the record that, while I support second amendment rights, I am not advocating hands-off gun control. The facts in this instance show the shooter had a diagnosed history of mental illness, including physician documentation of his danger to others as well as himself. Yet nothing was done by either school or civil officials to monitor his actions or remove him from the campus. All of his classmates said he was strangely quiet and withdrawn, yet none of them brought this to the attention of authorities. His writings in class were bizarre but neither teacher nor student raised a red warning flag. He stalked and threatened two girls, yet remained free to wander about, plan and finally execute his bloody act. If he couldn’t buy a gun he surely would have found some other method of implementation. There are plenty of guns for sale illegally and, in fact, this is the more usual source of arms for someone intending to commit a crime. Most murderers don’t go down to the local police department, fill out paperwork and go through a waiting period.
Blame guns, school officials, other students, civil authorities, video games, doctors at the mental facility [where he was briefly committed], the laws that kept his privacy or the ones which allowed him to return to Virginia Tech as a ticking human time bomb; blame anything or anyone you like. The simple fact is he was a sick individual who slipped through the proverbial cracks. Then do we simply dismiss it? Of course not; we must learn from it. What can we do to prevent this kind of thing in the future? Probably nothing. But we can discourage the frequency of such incidents by withholding the publicity that seems to accompany them, by being more aware of and reporting aberrant behavior and by more strictly enforcing weapons laws already on the books. A little more concern for public safety and a little less P.C. might not be a bad idea either. If everyone had been more concerned about this desparate individual’s danger potential and less concerned about his ethnicity or about hurting his self image, 33 young people might still be walking the campus of Virginia Tech. His self-image was already about as low as it could go and we don’t need to relinquish second amendment rights merely to satisfy the agenda driven needs of a political party.
